STUDENT VISA (SUBCLASS 500)

The Student visa allows international students to study full-time in Australia for the duration of their course. Students must be enrolled or have an offer from an Australian education provider before applying.

GRADUATE TEMPORARY 485 VISA

The Temporary Graduate subclass 485 visa is designed for international students who have completed at least 2 years of study in Australia. Its duration ranges from 18 months to 4 years, depending on individual circumstances.

SKILLED INDEPENDENT VISA (SUBCLASS 189)

The 189 visa enables highly skilled workers without sponsorship from an employer, Australian state or territory, or family member to permanently reside and work in Australia. To apply under the points-tested stream, you need a positive skills assessment for your occupation and must submit an Expression of Interest. SKILLED NOMINATED VISA (SUBCLASS 190)

 The 190 visa enables highly skilled workers nominated by an Australian State or Territory to permanently reside and work in Australia. To apply, you need a positive skills assessment for your nominated occupation, submit an Expression of Interest, and if nominated by a State or Territory, you will receive an invitation to apply for the visa.

491 VISA (SKILLED WORK REGIONAL VISA)

 The 491 visa, Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) subclass 491, allows eligible skilled workers and their families to live, work, and study in designated regional areas of Australia for 5 years. After three years, visa holders can apply for Permanent Residence.

SUBCLASS 191 PERMANENT RESIDENCE (SKILLED REGIONAL)

The 191 visa permits individuals who have lived and worked in a designated regional area of Australia for at least three years to gain permanent residency. Eligible visa holders during this period can apply for this visa.
