Partner Visas

Australian Partner Visas enable married or de facto couples (same or opposite sex) to live together in Australia. If you are an Australian Citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand Citizen in a genuine committed relationship with a non-Australian, there are various partner visa options available for you and your partner under this program.
