188B INVESTMENT VISA

The 188B visa is for applicants nominated by an Australian State or Territory government, offering a 5-year temporary stay for those making a designated investment. After maintaining the investment for 4 years, applicants can apply for permanent residency through the Business Innovation & Investment (Residence) Subclass 888 visa, with applications possible from Australia or overseas.

188E ENTREPRENEUR STREAM

The 188E visa is available to applicants nominated by an Australian State or Territory government through the SkillSelect system. It offers a 4-year temporary stay for entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and third-party financial backing. After spending 2 years in Australia and receiving state or territory government sponsorship, applicants can apply for permanent residency through the Business Innovation & Investment (Residence) Subclass 888 visa.
