AGED PARENT VISA (SUBCLASS 804)

The Australian Aged Parent visa enables elderly parents already holding temporary visas to reside permanently in Australia, provided their child is an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen who is settled in Australia.

PARENT VISA (SUBCLASS 103)

If you have children residing in Australia, you may qualify for the Australia Parent Visa (Subclass 103). This visa is for parents or step-parents of settled Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens. It allows them to permanently migrate to Australia to be with their children.

SPONSORED PARENT 870 VISA

 

The 870 temporary visa allows a parent of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to visit Australia for a duration of up to 3 or 5 years.

CONTRIBUTORY PARENT VISA (SUBCLASS 143)

The Australian Department of Home Affairs manages the Parent Visa system, requiring sponsors to prove they are “settled” in Australia by residing lawfully for at least two years, including on temporary visas. Applicants must also pass the balance of family test to qualify.

ADOPTION VISA (SUBCLASS 102)

This visa allows internationally adopted children to live with their adoptive parents in Australia.

CARER VISA (SUBCLASS 116 AND 836)

 

This visa allows individuals to care for relatives in Australia with long-term or permanent medical conditions, differing between subclass 116 and 836 based on the applicant’s location during application and visa grant.
